Royal Proclamation

Today I was so proud I could have burst. To have been a Town Crier for such a short space of time and have already covered two absolutely huge and incredibly historical events, just blows my mind. These are events which will not be repeated in my life time.

I have some video from this afternoon, but the Town Council has requested that it not be published until after Her Majesty's funeral. It shall be so. I will also publish the full text of the Royal Proclamation.

In the meantime, here is a picture of the Town Clerk, Council Leader and myself ready to start proceedings this afternoon.
