Poppy Appeal

I was out and about in Billingham Town Centre today doing a cry to get the Poppy Appeal started and deliver some Poppy tins and boxes.

I got some lovely comments as I was wandering round as well as some strange looks. Most frequent comment was "I didn't know we had a Town Crier"; they know now!

Best comment was "Now thats what I call a Halloween costume", that made me chuckle.
