Coming up!

I have quite a busy time coming up with a birthday party towards the end of April and the Coronation of King Charles III in May where on the 6th I will be delivering the official proclamation at 1000 in Billingham town centre followed by an amended version on the following day at 1100 in John Whitehead Park.

In an effort to make myself look a little more patriotic I have purchased some accoutrements for my uniform from the lovely people at www.bowtastic.co.uk. I have two bows for the buckles of my shoes and one for my hat. They look good I think and were a bargain at £2.50 each. I think they look a lot more expensive than they actually were. See the pictures at the end.

The last thing on the horizon is an evening with a branch of the Womens Institute as a guest speaker. It will be a two part talk, covering the history of Town Criers and my personal journey as a Crier. Should be a good night!
