Billingham Food Pantry

Hi everyone, nothing much been happening lately, just busy at work, but I have been asked to do another job for Billingham Town Council.

They are opening a new Food Pantry at the cafe in John Whitehead Park on Monday 3 October at 1100.

I will be there to ring my bell and get the opening ceremony started.

The pantry will be selling a variety of food items at a cost of £2 for 10 items to those who need the help. This will obviously be subject to availability as well as what donations are made.

As a bonus, for the opening there will be cuppas and freshly baked cakes for free! I have told the lady who is baking the cakes that my favourite is Banana and Walnut so my fingers are crossed. Just in case, I have also told her that my second favourite cake is anything free!
